Located at the center of Seabrook’s town square, the Town Hall is a classic, light-filled event space designed for gatherings that feel intentional, polished, and welcoming. With its iconic New England–inspired exterior and bright, vaulted interior, the space offers a clean architectural backdrop that adapts beautifully to weddings, receptions, dinners, and community events.


Inside, wide plank wood floors, high ceilings, and soft neutral walls create an elegant canvas for both simple and highly styled events. The open floor plan allows for flexible layouts, from seated dinners and long banquet tables to cocktail receptions and presentations. Large doors and adjacent outdoor areas make transitions between indoor and outdoor moments seamless, while the central location places guests just steps from Seabrook’s parks, paths, and gathering spaces.

Standing receptions up to 120 guests

The eight-hour consecutive venue rental includes use of the venue, standard event furnishings, and on-site support. Provided items include:

  • Chiavari chairs and event tables
  • White or black table linens
  • White or black linen napkins
  • Table settings, including dinnerware, flatware, and water glasses
  • Setup and breakdown of included furnishings
  • Standard floor plan layout and on-site venue support during the event

Added Ceremony Reception $550
The ceremony experience includes white folding garden chairs, and on-site staff support to prepare and steward the space. Chairs will be set and our staff will be available to assist your coordinator with any décor needs. Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne or Northwest cider upon arrival.
