Set high above the Pacific with sweeping views of the coastline, The Bluff is one of Seabrook’s most striking outdoor venues. Framed by coastal trees and manicured hedges, this elevated overlook offers a sense of privacy and drama that makes every gathering feel intentional and unforgettable.

While The Bluff is a natural choice for wedding ceremonies, it is equally compelling as a setting for private dinners, executive retreats, and intimate corporate events. The curved lawn and surrounding pathways create a defined, contained space ideal for seated dinners, chef-driven experiences, cocktail receptions, and hosted conversations where the landscape becomes part of the event itself.
With the ocean as a backdrop and the sound of waves below, The Bluff invites guests to slow down, connect, and engage, whether celebrating a milestone, hosting clients, or gathering a leadership team for a meaningful shared experience.

Standing ceremonies accommodate 200+ guests
The 2-hour consecutive venue rental includes use of the venue, ceremony chairs, and on-site support. Provided items include:
- Garden chairs
- Arrival beverage with staff and equipment
- Set up and breakdown
- Coordinator support
- Standard seating plan layout and on-site venue support during the event
The ceremony experience includes white folding garden chairs and on-site staff support to prepare and steward the space. Chairs will be set, and our staff will be available to assist your coordinator with any décor needs. Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne or Northwest cider upon arrival.
