Crescent Park is a broad, open lawn located at the heart of Seabrook, offering one of the community’s most versatile outdoor event settings. Framed by classic Seabrook homes and just blocks from the beach, this expansive green is designed for events that benefit from space, flexibility, and a true sense of place.
The park’s wide, level lawn easily accommodates tented receptions, outdoor ceremonies, group dining, and large gatherings, while surrounding pathways and seating areas create natural flow for guests. Its central location makes it ideal for events that want to feel connected to the town itself, with easy walkability to lodging, dining, and nearby amenities. Crescent Park works beautifully for celebrations that blend structure and openness, from elegant tented dinners to relaxed, family-friendly events.

Seats up to 120+ guests, 240 guests with additional canopy
Standing receptions accommodate 200+ guests
The eight-hour consecutive venue rental includes use of the venue, standard event furnishings, and on-site support. Provided items include:
- Open-Air Dining Canopy
- Garden chairs and event tables
- White or black table linens
- White or black linen napkins
- Table settings, including dinnerware, flatware, and water glasses
- Set up and breakdown of included furnishings
- Standard floor plan layout and on-site venue support during the event
Added Ceremony Reception $550
The ceremony experience includes white folding garden chairs and on-site staff support to prepare and steward the space.
Chairs will be set, and our staff will be available to assist your coordinator with any décor needs. Guests will be
welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne or Northwest cider upon arrival.
