Joshua Cooper

Creative Director | Joshua Cooper is a chef, creative director, and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience building hospitality concepts rooted in craft, design, and a deep sense of place. Based in the Pacific Northwest, Joshua’s work blends globally inspired flavors with seasonal, scratch-made cooking and thoughtful presentation.

As the founder of Duos Catering and Brother Joe, Joshua has led everything from intimate chef-driven dinners to large-scale corporate and social events, always with an emphasis on quality, storytelling, and guest experience. His background extends beyond the kitchen. Joshua personally designs branding, menus, environments, and visual identity, creating cohesive concepts where food, space, and service work together seamlessly.

Joshua is known for his collaborative leadership style, creative problem-solving, and ability to translate big ideas into executable, memorable experiences. Whether developing a new menu, designing a venue, or building a scalable food program, his focus remains the same: intentional hospitality that feels elevated, welcoming, and deeply personal.

Joy Wilson

Group Sales Manager | Joy Wilson serves as Group Sales Manager, specializing in connecting guests with the right experiences, menus, and venues to bring their events to life. With a focus on relationship-building and clear communication, Joy works as the bridge between clients and the broader hospitality team.

In her role, Joy manages group inquiries, guides clients through menu and event options, and helps shape gatherings that feel both intentional and effortless. She brings an organized, guest-first mindset to sales, ensuring that each booking is aligned with the client’s goals while setting the foundation for a successful event.

Joy is passionate about creating positive first impressions and long-term relationships, making her an essential part of the guest journey from the initial conversation to event day.
