Serendipity is a beautiful, family-friendly loft apartment on Market Street in the heart of Seabrook’s town center. Just steps from restaurants, retail stores, and a short walk to the beach, Serendipity is in an ideal location.
Inside, you’ll find lots of open space, plenty of natural light, sounds of the surf, and all the modern amenities necessary to make your stay at Seabrook memorable. The private balcony is a great place to bask in the sun or take in the fresh sea air.
Serendipity features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for a small family or a getaway with friends. Disabled-accessible features offer special possibilities. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms share a large common space that allows everyone to be part of the conversation. The fully equipped kitchen is a cook’s paradise. Pull up a bar stool at the island to entertain the chef or help chop veggies. Barbeque on the menu? Ride the elevator to the rooftop deck and cook on the gas grill while enjoying more amazing views by the fireplace.

The location was perfect — everything is just a couple of minutes away on foot, including the market, coffee shops, restaurants, and pizza places. Seabrook itself is small, cozy, and perfect for a slow, relaxing getaway. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

by Carly S.Finding the unit is a bit tricky since there is minimal signage or direction. We had trouble with the lock at the main door and on our unit but staff was able to help (low battery causing them to glitch). Our door code was not activated at check in and it was deactivated early on the day we checked out, but the staff was able to help again with this.
The unit itself was great! Clean and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything worked as it should. There were 4 of us on the trip and it was a great amount of space for our group. Even though there’s only 1 reserved parking spot for the unit, there’s a ton of other easy parking options within the same lot. Would recommend to others and would stay here again!

by Jenny A.Serendipity is a beautiful loft located right smack in the center of it all! We very much enjoyed our stay. The home itself was beautiful and provided everything we needed.
We enjoyed being able to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach and also loved that the loft included reserved parking.
Signage is minimal and it was a bit challenging to locate. I think Seabrook could have done a better job sharing instructions on how to navigate the lock system. Other than this, would recommend and stay here again.

Had difficulty using the keypad, since we had no instructions how to operate it, had to figure it out ourselves. The place itself was nice, clean, and in a great location.

The Airbnb was a perfect place for us to share with our own bathrooms and bedrooms and a great common area to hang out. We were steps from restaurants and shopping and an easy walk down to the beach. This place is very central, immediately near the shops, restaurants, arcade, beach, and indoor pool (would recommend the outdoor pool though, even in January!). The place was clean and quiet and had everything we needed for cooking meals. In person check in was ideal as the door to get to the rental is not obvious. We’ll be coming back!

by Chris S.Overall I recommend this listing. Solid place to stay. Arrived late and the exterior door wasn’t programmed to activate our code so we were not able to get in. I called the # provided and a gentleman was quick to help us enter the complex (remotely activated our door code). Overall the location was great and the 2 BR apartment was nice. Could use some heavier blankets on the beds but other than that it was definitely above average and a good value for the price paid. Again - would recommend.

by Maureen M.This was a perfect place for a quick getaway with kids. We came at a discount because there was construction happening across the street that was not disruptive at all for us. It was actually fun for our 3 year old son to watch while he ate breakfast.
We were able to walk to both pools and the beach. The restaurants and markets were right across the street. The peek-a-boo views made us feel like we were on top of the beach. The location is top notch if you like to walk everywhere. The home was immaculate and welcoming. The kitchen/family room open concept set up is perfect for keeping the family together during meal prep or for a parent to watch their young kids while getting a meal ready. Our 3 and 5 year old easily shared one bed and it was lower to the ground which made us less worried about them possibly rolling out.
The bathrooms are huge.
Overall - we loved it and would come back!

by Amanda K.Our stay at Serendipity was exactly what we were hoping for! The location right in the heart of town made it convenient to enjoy all of the amenities that Seabrook offers. Although it was in the heart of town, it was still nice and quiet, with little to no street noise making it's way to us.
Getting to the unit is a little bit confusing. A previous review mentioned how to get to the unit which was extremely helpful. There are no signs to the unit and you have to walk through the stairwell to reach the front door. With all of the other units marked clearly it was not intuitive where to go immediately. '
I would absolutely recommend staying in this unit, and would stay again myself!

I was unhappy with Seabrook's check-in process. That's not on Serendipity's owner, however.
The loft is on floor 2, but when you get to floor 2 you have to go out the EXIT door to connect to C (Serendipity). This isn't intuitive and there's no signage. I had to go back to the check-in desk and someone escorted me to the loft. She said it's a common issue.
The Yale lock on the exterior door is a little wonky. We never really figured out how to get it to lock when leaving, just pushed buttons and waived our hands around and eventually it would lock.
