Showcasing an expansive front of windows, overlooking town and a forested gateway to the beach, this open living space stays illuminated with natural daylight no matter the weather. Prepare meals in a gourmet kitchen filled with high-end appliances and every essential for a simple or extraordinary culinary masterpiece. Enjoy casual or formal dining in the flexible kitchen and dining area with seating for up to six. On blustery days or after evening sunsets, find a favorite spot to curl up in front of the warm gas fireplace and watch movies, read a book or play a game. Relax in sophisticated style and comfort with furnishings chosen especially with serenity in mind.

When days turn into night, retire to one of two deluxe bedrooms with luxury linens and a fresh coastal feel. The primary suite boasts a dreamy king size bed and en suite bath, plus plenty of storage space for each guest. It's also furnished with a high definition flat screen tv, for late night movies or a relaxing day spent under the covers. An adjacent bedroom features a cozy queen bed and a full bath, which is accessible from the main hallway. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the main hallway for guests who pack light or for days spent messing about at the beach or surrounding areas.

This lovely beach getaway is located in the neighborhood South of Market, which is conveniently situated in the town center and within sight of the beach through a filtering of windswept trees. Seabrook’s Town Green is the nearby neighborhood park, ideal for stunning ocean vistas, boasting a sprawling grass lawn for events and picnics, a community fire pit, and a natural children’s play area. Wanderers will appreciate the nearby greenbelt conservation area, where explorers can veer from the sidewalks onto a natural trail and follow it through various habitats within Seabrook.

Great layout and space for a little family! Enjoyed the view of the ocean from the living room couch and being in the middle of town. Home was clean, though furniture could use cleaning and seemed worn. Unfortunately the thermostat was broken the entire week we were there and back rooms got hot by end of the day. While we had two fans and could open the windows, management was unable to fix the AC and did not seem knowledgeable after two technicians inspected it. It was a disappointment how poorly they communicated with us and didn’t seem to care. The home also has a big set of stairs and small entry way, so consider this if you have little kids or older members. Wouldn’t select this home again but Seabrook itself is wonderful and being right in the heart of the town was perfect.

We had a lovely stay. We were worried staying over a shop that it would be hard with our dog, but there were plenty of grassy areas for her to go. We were close to everything and really enjoyed being able to walk our two young kiddos straight to the beach.

Very cute and easy to get to all the shops and restaurants! Post can be a little deceiving when it says “home” it was more loft style and finding it threw us off being right next to the stores as we were looking for an actual home. Parking situation was unclear when arriving as we weren’t told where to park and there are no assigned spaces. We called the number provided and the employee was very responsive and met us outside to let show us, so that was helpful. Other than that, the place was beautiful and very cute town!

It was a nice place for a small family, it is listed as dog friendly but you will need bring your own food and water bowls and towels to clean your furry friend after beach time or walk during raining season. It can be noisy due all the stores and people walking around. overall was a great place, well maintain and super clean.
