Nice house, kind of expensive. Very pricey town. Everything was nice though.

Lovely house that was the perfect setup for our group of 9. The kitchen and downstairs space was great for entertaining and visiting with family. The furniture and linens were top quality, very comfortable. The best part was easy walking to the beach and into town for shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended staying at Salt and Cedar!

Comfortable home, plenty of space for six adults and four children. Nice location close to the beach and walking distance to town center.

Seabrook was a fun place, especially for young kids and families. The amenities were good. There were some issues with wifi and tv but they made it right. Would stay again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We wanted to give 5 stars; however, little things add up. Check-in was 4 pm, but the house wasn’t ready until 5 pm. The lock on a door leading outside was broken and we were unable to use the door throughout our stay. A huge shout-out to Trenton from Concierge for his hard work at trying to fix things. The internet and cable went out the morning after we arrived and we never regained them. Most of us couldn’t get cellular service either. Trenton was able to fix the refrigerator water dispenser, though! We enjoyed the hot tub, walking the various paths and neighborhoods, exploring the shops, and walking on the beach. The house was accommodating and relaxing and we loved that we could bring our dogs. Despite Seabrook informing us the driveway fit only one car, four fit in the driveway without difficulty. All-in-all, we had a fun and relaxing time and would enjoy coming to visit again in the future.

we enjoyed our first stay at Seabrook very much! we traveled with our 2 sons, their wives, and 3 small children. The space worked well. the house had many children's books and a great bunk room, but there are no plastic dishes or Children's utensils at all. Take your own! access yo beach was easy and lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at Salt & Cedar! Perfect place for our family with plenty of space, and a specific area, for the kids to do their own thing. Very close to the stairs to the beach as well as town, restaurants and stores. Absolutely recommend staying here!

This was our first time at Seabrook. We loved how walkable everything was - the beach was just a couple minutes away (keep in mind there’s a long set of stairs) and the town an easy uphill walk. The beach was relatively empty and clean with no cars driving on it. Our house was as described. Originally three families were going to stay but it ended up being two (six people) and we had plenty of space. There were some minor maintenance issues like broken blinds and doorknobs, but the house was otherwise in good condition and spotless. Please note the mattresses are quite firm and two of the king beds felt on the small side. We would definitely stay at Seabrook again.

The house was within a quick walk to the beach and the heart of Seabrook. Great room for the kiddos and enjoyed the fenced in yard and hot tub!
