This home is located a quick 3-minute walk to the Sunrise outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna where you will also find the fully equipped gym.

There are two additional bedrooms, one with generous King bed and the other with a built-in twin over queen bunk bed perfect for a couple or up to 3 kids. Downstairs for the kids, tweens, or teens in your life is the game room setup with big screen TV, Xbox, board games and comfortable sleeper sofa.

It’s just a short walk (1 minute) to the barn and horse pasture. The home also includes 2 bicycles for biking around town and has easy access to the mountain bike trails.
