Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a large sectional sofa, additional seating, gas fireplace, and a 47” flat-screen TV with streaming services, DVD player, and a library of movies. A half bath and full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level.

The primary suite is just off the living area and features a king bed with memory foam mattress, flat-screen TV, and a private spa-like bath with double vanity and large tiled shower.

Upstairs, the open media loft includes a 42” flat-screen TV, DVD player, queen sleeper sofa, and plenty of space to relax. The second bedroom has a grand king bed with an oversized chair in the sitting area. You’ll find four twin bunk beds, a full sleeper sofa, and bright, kid-friendly décor in the third bedroom. A full bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combination completes the upper floor. Overall, Ocean S’mores sleeps 10 friends and family, plus a 25 lbs four-legged best friend.

On the sun-drenched back patio, unwind in the fenced space with dining area, gas barbecue and firepit, outdoor shower, and private hot tub. Challenge friends to a Ping-Pong match in the garage or spend the afternoon on the covered, front porch with rocking chairs. Rain or shine, Ocean S’mores has everything you need for a memorable Seabrook getaway.
