The downstairs ensuite primary bedroom welcomes you with a king size bed, and a feeling that you are completely in unison with the ocean. Pause at the hallway leading to the kitchen, and take in the open courtyard and wrap around deck with a BBQ grill and imagine yourself grilling freshly dug clams from the beach below. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, with granite countertops, updated cutlery, stainless steel appliances and enough room for the entire family to cook together while creating those amazing memories.

Pop open a bottle of wine by the fireplace, and let the crackling fire set the tone for that perfect moment to cherish. Indulge in long conversations and laughter, interrupted only by the pacific breeze that beckons you.

Get cozy on the patio and enjoy the spectacular sunrise and sunset. Don't forget to bring your cup of coffee or glass of wine with you! The views are truly stunning and simply put, breath taking!

If you prefer to get comfortable inside and enjoy a movie, the living room boasts of a 60 inch LED TV, with over 100 cable channels and a Netflix connection and if you want to get your own DVD’s, that will work just fine too!

Young shipmates at heart will find the nautical themed room with twin beds delightful and comfortable. The second floor primary bedroom, with a comfy queen bed will remind you of the seashell you always wanted to find on the beach! A sailors port of call for that relaxing and long overdue rest will find you in the third bedroom.

For the young, and young at heart wanting to enjoy a bit of fun, there are multiple board games, Xbox and sand castle building set to provide both indoor and outdoor recreation. Enjoy a forest walk, or the Gnome trail to the beach. You are guaranteed to be greeted with smiles all along the way.
