The house has a beautiful view & excellent location. Furniture was functional & comfortable. Beach views & access were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds & linens were comfortable. Layout was great for a multi-family group with kids. Negatives: Property feels older & has not been recently upgraded. Kitchen items were old & well-used. The hot water in several bedrooms went out & required manual resetting. There are two microwaves, one broken & one working. The internet was weak & fluctuated constantly. Entertainment equipment was outdated: no smart tvs, though DVD selection was wide! Host support was limited outside after hours. Propane ran out while grilling dinner; we had to refill the tank before a replacement was delivered hours later (we weren’t reimbursed). When we asked for beach chairs at the office, the employee said they didn’t know and never followed up. We were only provided coffee, detergent for a few uses, despite large group matching size of the home.

Overall, our stay was okay, but the house did not feel worth the price we paid. The heating was broken during our stay, and the air conditioning was also not working. We were traveling with young children and found several safety concerns: the bedroom and bathroom door locks were not child-safe, the stairs were not safely set up for small children, and the baby gates available to rent did not fit the stairways. The floors and some of the appliances also did not feel thoroughly clean when we arrived. On the positive side, the home is in a nice area, and communication with Seabrook management was responsive and helpful. With improved maintenance, cleanliness, and child-safety measures, this could be a much better rental. Based on our experience and the cost, we would give it three stars.

Our group of 7 had a fabulous couple of days in this amazing oceanfront location-plus walkable to town center activities and restaurants. We found the home beautifully cleaned, although the interior/furniture looked a bit old and tired/worn. We enjoyed the spacious layout for lots of game playing and hanging out. Loved the adorable town of Seabrook and would definitely love to come. ack and spend a longer time here!
