This one-bedroom second-floor carriage house offers the perfect cozy and affordable getaway for one or two guests, with lots of windows and remarkable natural light with what might be the best and most expansive views in the eastern part of Seabrook. Watch horses graze in the pasture, bald eagles soar overhead, trees sway gracefully in the wind, and the setting sun from the dining table or outside balcony.

The living room has a wall-mounted 40-inch flat screen HD television and a BluRay/DVD player. Free cable and wifi. Save money by preparing your own meals in the furnished full kitchen, with range and oven, full refrigerator and microwave. Coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea kettle, blender, pots and pans, dishes and flatware, etc. also included. Eclectic furniture and furnishings include vintage and custom pieces, with full size couch, chest of drawers, armoire, etc.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with a sublimely comfortable PurpleTM mattress. Plentiful parking available. Hiking trails, tennis and pickleball courts nearby, just a few yards from community fire pit. After a day of fun, curl up and choose from an assortment of books, independent movies and games for cozy times indoors.

Guests have full access to all of Seabrook’s amenities, which include: parks, outdoor game areas, swimming pool, biking and walking trails, fitness center, restaurants, and merchants. And of course the beach!
