As you walk up to our home, you will enjoy the peaceful and relaxing feel of the surroundings that our neighborhood has to offer. Your dogs are welcome! Our covered front porch is great for enjoying relaxing evening sunsets in our Adirondack chairs, after a long day at the beach. Seabrook is our favorite coastal town and our home is fully equipped with all the comforts you will need.

Our home is a very bright and peaceful home, which features a large built in Nook with seating space for 6, with an additional space for 2 at the breakfast bar. The Kitchen includes a Coffee Maker, Wine Glasses, Blender & fully stocked cookware. In the living space there is a 42 inch Plasma TV with Blue Ray DVD, WIFI, Gas Fireplace and board games to enjoy for family game night. In the Primary bedroom, we have a King bed and a full bathroom. The second bedroom features two built in Bunks which are a twin over twin, and a twin over full. There is also half bathroom on the main floor.

We welcome you to enjoy our outdoor shower that can be used for a dog wash. We have provided dog towels as well. We also have a Briquette BBQ for outdoor cooking. We hope you will love and enjoy our home as much as we do, and leave with a feeling of being Happy as a Clam!

Please note that Happy As A Clam's adjacent fenced yard is kept in a natural, uncut state.

    One reason we chose this location was for the large fenced area (back yard) so that we could play catch with our dog. However, the area was un-mowed with grass and weed up to 3 feet tall. This was disappointing as well as an eye-sore. There are doors upstairs (bed and bath room) that squeak very loudly when opened/closed. This made for many sleep interruptions. There is a thermostat control in the living area that does not work. The control for the kitchen area worked fine but it did not seem to help warm the living area very well. The fireplace gives off minimal heat and seems to be more for ambiance. I would not trust cooking anything on the outdoor BBQ grill. It has seem better days.

    We’ve been to Seabrook many, many times, but this stay was a big departure from our normally exceptional rental experience. The house felt very outdated & unloved. Found dirty/stained hand towel in the downstairs bathroom, dirty glasses in the kitchen cupboard. The couch (the only place to sit in the living room) is really old/uncomfortable and the decor looks like someone just threw it together to make a generic beach theme. The refrigerator makes a constant loud buzzing noise that makes it hard to hear the TV. The front was overgrown and grass in the side yard hadn’t been mowed all season (the yard was a selling point & doesn’t match the photo on the listing). The worst part was the queen bed: a single thin mattress with a foam layer on top and these flat, nonstandard “pillows”, the combo of which left us in pain. When we told Seabrook about our experience, they simply replied with “sorry we missed the mark this time!” Waste of money for us - there may not be a next time.

    This particular unit could use a bit of updating, but it was clean and worked just fine for our family of 4. Fenced yard was really wonderful for our dog. easily walkable to the stores ‘downtown’, trails, pool, playground and beach. Very much enjoyed our stay.
