Hammerbarn is positioned on a corner lot neighboring towering evergreen trees in Fernwood’s Trailside Cabins area, offering endless opportunities to let the kids partake in some imaginative play. Spending hours exploring the adjacent forest, riding bikes through town, wandering Seabrook’s expanding network of walking and hiking trails just outside your door, and walking to Sunrise Pool for a heated outdoor swim down the street are just some of the options that await you for letting your kids' energy and curiosity run free.

Inside, Hammerbarn’s bright, airy, and whimsical interior create a fun and playful ambiance. Furnished with families and kids in mind, this comfortable cabin has a little something for everyone. Kids will love the Bluey-themed toys, books, puzzles, board games, and bunk beds, and adults will love the fast wifi, Smart TV, electric fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, and covered front porch. Don’t forget to pack your favorite K-cups for the Keurig or coarse ground coffee for the French press!

We had an amazing stay at the hammerbarn house with our two toddlers. They loved the extra touch for the season with the Halloween blow up decor at the entrance. Kids stayed entertained while inside with the large assortment of toys. The bunk beds are so fun as well! Kitchen is well stocked to accommodate eating in. The space was very clean and the layout of the space was great and comfortable for our family of four. Outside area is peaceful & private. Host is very kind & responsive, truly enjoyed our time!

The Hammerbarn was great! Our 2 yr old loved all the Bluey themed decor and the toys. It was actually an unforeseen challenge because all he wanted to do was stay at the house lol! But he was happy and had an amazing time and that’s what matters. The Seabrook community was amazing we weren’t aware of Seabrook prior to this stay and were blown away by the area in general.

Everything went well, kid loved the bluey theme. This place is a hidden gem past the more expensive but crowded rentals prior. only a few neighbors. The area is still under construction but didnt bother us. During our stat, lights were flickering and I think thats just old bulbs.

The photo's and place was what was expected. Lovely! One thing that would be helpful would be a notebook with info for codes and what not. This is the first Airbnb we have ever stayed at where there is no information book with wifi password, pool and gym codes and so on. Had to keep messaging to get info. Not a huge issue, but not a streamline process. Also found it funny there was a keurig, no kcups and Seabrook gives you ground coffee. There was lots of coffee filters but no coffee pot. Again not a big issue. But not clear.
