We love Seabrook and have been a part of the community almost from their very beginnings. Our home was built for our family and grandchildren … a place to gather and reconnect. And we want to share that with your family.

The Life of Riley is a newly-built home in the established neighborhood of the Alderwood District, just steps from the Seabrook playground and basketball court, and future pickle ball court! It’s also close to the stables for visits to the ponies. And the indoor pool and Jacuzzi is just a short walk away.

Designed with family at the forefront, the owner and award-winning interior designer custom designed much of the interior for comfort and coziness, and with all the upscale amenities one would hope for in a home away from home. With beautiful living spaces and an open floor plan, this is the perfect home for entertaining and gathering the entire family.

The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is perfect for creating memorable family meals, to be enjoyed at the large farm table with comfortable chairs and built-in banquette for 8 loved ones. The adjacent family room has a big sofa sectional for relaxing or watching movies on the 48” flat screen smart TV with every cable channel you can imagine! And for those chilly coastal nights, light the gas fireplace and cuddle up for games, movies, and conversation. There are plenty of books, puzzles and board games to entertain the whole family. The main floor also features a beautiful, bright sunroom with a daybed and cozy chair for relaxing in the warmth of the sun.

The primary bedroom suite on the main floor features a pillow-top mattress and comfortable upholstered headboard, and an adjacent full bathroom. The blue tones of this room create the perfect calm for relaxing with a book or being lulled into a sound sleep.

Upstairs features a separate media room with a cozy sofa and another 48” flat panel smart TV for the kids… and two more bedrooms and bathrooms!

The upstairs bedroom suite also has a pillow-top mattress, plenty of drawers for storage and a private full bath. The third bedroom has a custom-built bunk bed with built-in drawers for storage; both beds feature pillow-top mattresses with an extra long double bed on the bottom and extra long twin on top. Kids and adults alike will love spending time in this whimsical kite-themed bedroom. The third bathroom is equally whimsical with fun orange striped walls!

The front porch is covered and has 4 comfy rocking chairs perfect for watching the world go by… visiting with neighbors or the many people walking their dogs or riding their bikes. It’s a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

The back fully-fenced patio features Adirondack chairs perfect for basking in the warm sun and listening to echoing sounds of the gentle crashing of the waves on the beach. There’s also a wood burning fire pit for staying toasty warm on chilly nights and for roasting marshmallows! The gas grill is also out back.
