CHECK-IN TIME
We can’t wait to welcome you for your stay! The homes are expected to be ready for occupancy at 4:00 PM, and you may check in at Guest Services or remotely/contactless.
If you would like to know approximately when your rental is ready for you, please call our Guest Services Team midmorning on the day of your arrival.Â
Please note that during busy seasons, the property may not be available until 5:00 PM.
DOOR CODES
Your door code activates when your house is ready at 4:00 PM and remains active until your departure.
ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS
Almost all rentals come equipped with an electronic keypad for entry. See the video at the bottom of this page for detailed instructions on operating the electronic door locks.
To operate the key pad:
1. Touch pad with hand to activate the screen of the Yale lock.
2. Enter the 6 digit PIN code, press the star * or check mark, whichever is in the lower left corner, and the lock will open.
3. Once inside, turn the deadbolt knob to lock from inside.
4. When leaving, press hand on touch screen or press the star * key to lock from outside.
5. Upon departure, please enter 123456* after lock the door to indicate that the home is ready for housekeeping.
If you experience issues accessing the home via the keypad, call Guest Services at (360) 276-0265 to have our Maintenance Team come and assist you.
KEYED HOMES
Some properties only use a physical key. If this is the case, go to guest services to check-in. Your rental agreement, emailed two days before arrival, specifies if you have booked a keyed home.
WHERE TO PARK
Parking details are listed on the rental agreement and on the individualized app for the home. The app, called MySeabrook, is sent as a link via text message two days prior to arrival. If you do not receive the text message, then email guestservices@seabrookwa.com and our Guest Services Team will send you a link.
ARRIVING AFTER HOURS
Please give Guest Services a call on the morning of your arrival at (360) 276-0265 so they can make sure you have everything you need to access your rental home prior to your arrival.

MYSEABROOK APP
Shortly after booking, you receive an email for MySeabrook guidebook application for your rental home. The app includes helpful information like parking, Wi-Fi password, useful numbers, and any current town events. Simply open the link and follow the prompt, entering your dates of stay and email address.
