Beach Retreat Wellness Series

Get ready for an unforgettable experience—The Beach Retreat Wellness Series is returning! Kick off the new year with a revitalizing weekend getaway to the stunning shores of Seabrook this January! Every weekend throughout the month, immerse yourself in a variety of wellness classes designed to refresh your mind, body, and spirit. Seabrook Hospitality has handpicked an incredible lineup of talented instructors who will guide you through rejuvenating practices that will have you feeling centered and ready to embrace 2025 like never before!

Seabrook Hospitality’s guests will receive free class passes with their reservation. The wellness series classes are open to the public and attendees can purchase class passes for a fee.

Series Schedule

Saturday, January 4th:

  • Morning Yoga - 9:00 AM - Our Morning Yoga will be a Yin-style session. This meditative, slow-paced style of yoga focuses on stretching the body's connective tissues to promote wellness and restoration.
  • Morning Sound Bath - 11:00 AM - A meditative session that involves being immersed in resonant sound vibrations to help reduce stress and boost relaxation.
  • Evening Sound Bath - 4:00 PM - A meditative session that involves being immersed in resonant sound vibrations to help reduce stress and boost relaxation.

Saturday, January 11th:

  • Morning Yoga - 9:00 AM - Our Morning Yoga will be a Yin-style session. This meditative, slow-paced style of yoga focuses on stretching the body's connective tissues to promote wellness and restoration.
  • Beach Naturalist Journaling - 11:00 AM - The Beach Naturalist Journaling class teaches us to look at the world differently and calm our minds and hearts. Participants will engage with nature, and a journaling session will follow.
  • Nutrition Insights for Fitness - 12:30 PM - Improve your overall fitness plan through a deeper understanding of how diet impacts exercise preparation, endurance, and performance. This class will provide an overview of the three macronutrients and their role in general fitness and sport-specific goals.
  • Evening Sound Bath - 4:30 PM - A meditative session that involves being immersed in resonant sound vibrations to help reduce stress and boost relaxation.

Saturday, January 18th:

What to Know About The Wellness Series Classes

All equipment is provided. Some activities are weather permitting. Any changes will be emailed to participants that have reserved a spot.

These classes are recommended for ages 15 and up.
