About the 2017 Distillery Dinner in Seabrook, WA

This year’s Distillery Dinner will honor American war veterans with a night of fun, an excellent meal, and the top ways to toast on the Washington Coast. Come experience original cocktails crafted with Wishkah River Distillery Spirits. The distillery co-sponsors the event along with one of Seabrook’s premier restaurants, Mill 109 Restaurant and Pub. Featured cocktails will be paired with small plates for all event attendees. The four specialty cocktails include the following:

• “Seabrook Summer Breeze”: Bulfinch 83 Gin with DRY Cucumber Soda, garnished with mint and cucumber. Paired with a fruit skewer.
• “Mocrocks Rule”: Vodka distilled from honey, ginger beer, and ginger ale, garnished with a spring of mint. Paired with citrus marinated prawns.
• “The Red Snapper”: Bulfinch 83 Gin and Bloody Mary mix. Paired with Kobe beef sliders.
• “The Vude”: 13 Corners American Malt Whiskey, Green Chartreuse, and Cardamaro, garnished with expressed lemon. Paired with tiramisu.

Other tasty cocktails will be available that night for purchase. Also, if you find a cocktail that you love, you can purchase a bottle of the spirit onsite, take it home, and recreate your favorite drink of the night!

How to Attend This Year’s Distillery Dinner

The Distillery Dinner is coming up on Friday, November 10. Purchase your tickets today online via the dinner’s Eventbrite page. One ticket is $50, and a couple may register for $90. Before purchasing, please keep in mind that this party is for adults only – all attendees must be 21 and up. Don’t hesitate, get your tickets now!
