Town Founder & President - Seabrook Land Company
Casey Roloff's long-time interest in fine homebuilding began with his very first entrepreneurial endeavor, a contract painting service operated during his college years at the University of Puget Sound. After finding few homes displaying the attention to detail Casey expected from a home, he built his own. Once securing his Oregon real estate license, Casey quickly identified an important market void among Northwest coastal home buyers.
He realized that buyers were seeking more than a house with a view, but a community to go with it. Bella Beach, Casey's first community, redefined Oregon's coastal real estate market.
His continued commitment to quality, detail, and environment has created a loyal group of customers, many of whom are eager to follow Casey Roloff's next bold vision, the creation of Seabrook, an authentic beach town atop a well-situated bluff on the Washington State coast.

Architect / Town Planner
Seabrook's and Bella Beach's lead planner, Laurence Qamar comes to us with 20 years of specialized experience as a town planner, urban designer, and architect. Professional experience includes the provision of consulting services for private developers and for public jurisdictions throughout the United States. Laurence's particular expertise is within the fields of New Urbanism and Smart Growth.
Laurence is committed to working in multidisciplinary design teams that unite the interests and expertise of market analysis, transportation planners, developers, governments, and citizens-anyone who influences or is influenced by the built environment. Laurence has worked extensively as a design professional, facilitator, and organizer of over 50 public workshops.

Director of Town Development
Stephen has brought to Seabrook a broad field of expertise in creating new coastal towns using principles of New Urbanism. With a bachelor of landscape architecture from Auburn University, Stephen has provided landscape design, development and construction supervision for several private estates, a Relais & Chateau mountain resort, and Draper Lake Coastal Village. Most importantly, he was coordinator of town development for the highly acclaimed new beach town Rosemary Beach located in Northwest Florida.
During his 6 years in Florida, Stephen's design review position included the design and construction supervision of numerous neighborhood parks, fountains, community amenities, and a pedestrian bridge. Stephen ensured that only top quality buildings were built and architectural detailing was unsurpassed. Stephen's role at Seabrook allows him to apply these valuable experiences to guide the town into becoming Washington's new authentic beach town.

Holly Emerson, Darci Roloff Keefer and Robyn Roloff are here to share the story of Seabrook and assist you in purchasing a home in our beach town.
Holly has been at Seabrook since the fall of 2004 when she and Robyn began selling the first seventeen homes by showing sketches, walking the ocean trails and painting a picture of beautiful homes in the sky. Darci now helps buyers as their "construction liason" to help them through the building process. (You could say Robyn and Darci have also supported the dream of Seabrook since the very beginning - as mom and sister to developer Casey Roloff!) Today they will show you completed homes, newly planned districts and civic spaces under construction. Bicycles are their primary transportation and they may even offer you one to take on your preview of Seabrook.
All three have an extensive construction background and look forward to giving you information about Seabrook's design, style, construction characteristics, amenities and qualities. They are your partner during construction and will be your neighbors when your home is complete.
